More of us than ever before are working from home, which means we’re the ones in charge of our health and safety. And it’s not just working at your laptop all day that can leave you with tired, uncomfortable eyes, staring at any digital device for an extended period can seriously harm your vision.

So, it’s important that we take care of our eye health and prioritize our vision. Here we’ll take a look at how you can protect your eyes whilst working from home.
