Old Fashioned Christmas [see image above]

1.26 units of alcohol per serve


35ml. Smirnoff No.21® Vodka

50ml. Apple Juice

1tsp Cranberry Sauce

1pinch Cinnamon Powder

1piece Orange Zest

1piece Star Anice


1. Fill a glass with ice.

2. Add Smirnoff No.21 Vodka, apple juice, cranberry sauce and orange zest into the glass.

3. Stir thoroughly.

4. Garnish with cinnamon and star anise.

Baileys Christmas Cocktail Recipe Guide

Baileys Eggnog

0.6 units of alcohol per serve


35ml. Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur

50ml. Milk

1tsp Sugar

1 sprinkle Nutmeg

1 egg

1piece Cinnamon Stick

1piece Split Vanilla Pod


1. Whisk together egg and caster sugar until creamy and the sugar begins to dissolve

2. Mix in Baileys Original Irish Cream, milk and split vanilla pod

3. Add some grated nutmeg

4. Strain into a short glass

5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick

Gingerbread Cocktail Recipes

Spiced Gingerbread

1.9 units of alcohol per serve


50ml Smirnoff Golf

25ml Ginger syrup

25ml Lemon Juice

0.5 pieces Egg white

1 piece Gingerbread man biscuit


1. Add Smirnoff Gold Liqueur, ginger syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to the shaker

2. Dry shake the mixture

3. Fill the shaker with ice

4. Shake until cold

5. Strain into a glass

6. 6 Add a gingerbread man biscuit

Christmas Cocktail Recipes

Hot Apple Bite by Smirnoff

1.9 units of alcohol per serve


50ml. Smirnoff® Gold

200ml. Apple Juice

2tsp Brown Sugar

1tsp Apple Purée

1slice Apple

1piece Crushed Biscuit


7. Place all ingredients in a saucepan.

8. Warm the mixture and stir together thoroughly.

9. Pour the mixture into a glass mug.

10. Garnish with a slice of apple and crushed biscuit.


Baileys Original Irish Cream Hot Chocolate

0.8 units of alcohol per serve


50ml. Baileys® Original Irish Cream Liqueur

150ml. Hot Chocolate

1piece Whipped Cream

1shaving Chocolate Shaving


1. Pour Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur and hot chocolate into a glass.

2. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.

50ml. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold

80ml. Apple Juice

2dashes Angostura Bitters

3pieces Star Anise

4buds Clove

2tbsp Sugar or Maple Syrup

Christmas Cocktails Method

1. Pour Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, apple cider, angostura bitters, star anise, cloves and sugar into a saucepan.

2. Heat until the sugar has dissolved.

3. Pour into a glass.
