We may all be wishing for spring to hurry up and make an appearance, but it looks as though a severe cold snap is set to hit the UK this week and it’s definitely going to take a toll on our skin. That’s why this week we’ve teamed up with Beefayre to show you their beautiful hand creams and highlight how they can help keep your hands hydrated during the colder months.
The idea for Beefayre was born in the foothills of Transylvania, Romania when Sharon Jervis, artist and nature lover went to meet beekeepers and study their ancient tradition of bee keeping. There she discovered a pristine environment, free from pesticides and intensive farming practices with thriving glades of healthy bees and the purest honey, pollen and propolis.
From using their products and learning more about the healing properties of these wonders of the hive, Sharon and her son Sam developed a range of health and body care products.
We also fell in love with the Beefayre range when we reviewed their gorgeous candle gift set at Christmas. So when the opportunity arose to try more products from the Beefayre range, there was no way we were going to say no!
The Beefayre hand creams come in a variety of different scents including: Bluebell, Honeylily, Watermint and Rosemary, Wild Fig and more. The scents are beautiful and long lasting without being heavy or overpowering.
During the colder weather our hands can often become dry and cracked so it is definitely worth adding a good quality hand cream into your skincare routine. A scent such as the light and floral ‘Bluebell’ is wonderful for popping into your handbag to use throughout the day.
This is such a relaxing, rich and highly moisturising cream. The formula sinks into the skin quickly and doesn’t leave your hands feeling sticky or greasy like some heavier hand creams can do. It still manages to be seriously intense and hydrating though.
