The Glossybox December 2017 box has arrived and it’s safe to say that this is one of the most eagerly awaited releases of the year for Glossybox fans. Every year Glossybox release a more festive design of their box and for the Glossybox December 2017 box the theme is ‘Mince Pies and Starry Skies’ – how cute?!
So as with any beauty box, the contents over the year can often vary a lot and some boxes are always going to be better than others. I’ve had a couple of boxes this year that haven’t been quite as impressive as I’d hoped, so this month’s box was a pleasant surprise. The products inside are all things I’ll definitely use and the box itself is stunning too.
The Glossybox December 2017 edit contains some sweet little beauty treats, but also a yummy little edible treat too in the form of Raffaello. I’m not sure that beauty boxes should always have chocolates or sweets inside but as a one-off here and there it’s definitely a welcome addition. Perfect for the most indulgent season right now that’s for sure!
This Soaper Duper body wash is going to be one of my new favourites. I love the packaging, the body wash is made from almost all natural ingredients and it smells amazing! This would be the perfect travel sized product but I’ll definitely be looking out for more from this brand.
This L.A.Q.A Matte lipstick is the perfect colour for me. I don’t go for bright and bold colours very often (even at Christmas) so I feel like this beautiful pinky toned nude shade will be a wonderful way to add a little bit of festive glam without looking too over the top.
Another organic and natural fave is this Naobay cleanser. I’ve had Naobay products in beauty boxes before and always find them to be really great quality, so I’m excited to try this one out!
This Model Co 3D lash primer is also a welcome addition for me as I’ve been meaning to use lash primers more often. My teenage daughter is a big fan of them so I’m taking her advice and not being so lazy with my eye makeup this festive season! At this time of year when we’re all suffering with winter colds and sniffles, it’s safe to say a little luxurious pick me up is always a good idea.
The Steve Laurent eye liner is great for anyone who loves a good winged eyeliner flick! It’s waterproof and smudge-proof so this should be a top pick for the cold and rainy months ahead.
