Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin – a triple-distilled gin, handcrafted in a traditional copper pot still in small batches at one of India’s oldest distilleries, located in the foothills of the Himalayas. Jaisalmer Gin encapsulates the whole of India in one bottle as seven of the 11 botanicals are sourced from all four corners of India. Jaisalmer Gold Indian Craft Gin – infused with 18 handpicked botanicals, of which 14 have been sourced from India. The liquid is then enhanced by Gold filtration to produce Jaisalmer Gold Indian Craft Gin. This unique production process occurs wherein the Gin slowly passes through a filter made of intertwined golden silk filament, enriching the Gin with gold ions and providing a clean and smooth tasting experience and balanced taste.

Cotswolds Dry Gin – a full strength gin blended with nine different botanicals, including local lavender from nearby Snowshill and freshly-peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest. It is non-chill filtered so the oils are retained in the gin, causing a pearlescent cloud to appear when ice and tonic are added, creating the unique ‘Cloudy G&T’.

Cotswolds Cloudy Christmas Gin – made with a combination of nine botanicals, with a festive core of clementine and piney juniper alongside the likes of cardamom, lavender, grapefruit, bay leaf, black pepper, coriander, and angelica. As with the classic Cotswolds Dry Gin, the distillers use plenty of botanicals, meaning the gin has a lot of botanical oils in it, so when it’s mixed with gin, it’ll turn wonderfully cloudy.

Mermaid Zest Gin – subtly enhanced with grapefruit and Cascade hops and gently infused with Island bergamot, lemon zest and wild-foraged coastal rosemary, to produce a light yet complex zesty tone with a subtle sweetness and herbal notes. Mermaid Zest Gin features the ‘dew of the sea’, coastal rosemary foraged from the Island’s shores. It is also made with fruits grown in the Victorian walled garden of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert’s Osborne House.

Micil Irish Gin – a luxury Connemara Gin with extraordinary flavour, handmade at Micil Distillery using local flowers and herbs. Awarded Best Irish Contemporary Gin at the 2022 World Gin Awards. Micil Irish Gin is distilled with wild Connemara flowers and herbs including bog myrtle, heather, hawberry, and the same Connemara bogbean added to Micil Distillery’s poitín for over 170 years. A balance of citrus, spice and rich floral flavours. A fragrant citrus nose, with hints of heather and bog-myrtle, gives way to classic juniper and sweet liquorice notes, warm spice and a silky lasting finish.

57° Skye earth + sea London Dry Gin – distilled on the Isle of Skye, 57˚ Skye earth + sea London Dry Gin is inspired by the natural unspoilt beauty and fertile waters that surround the island. The gin marries local botanicals from earth and sea such as heather, blossom, rowan berry and yarrow with coastal botanicals including smoked kelp seaweed and is balanced with other botanicals such as juniper, rowan, angelica and lemon peel. This gin has recently received global recognition winning a Gold Outstanding award at the IWSC awards in 2023. Ben Lomond Blackberry and Gooseberry gin
Rich in flavour and dark in colour, this Blackberry and Gooseberry gin harmonises the tang of fresh gooseberries and the natural sweetness of blackberries.
