Californian wine brand Echo Falls, has partnered with the dynamic and soul-soothing Yoga Supper Club, to help yogis – beginners to experienced – get their balance right in 2016. Yoga Supper Club runs fun, regular pop-up classes in vibrant and quirky London-based venues. Guests are invited to enjoy an evening of yoga and dining to provide nourishment for body and soul.
Echo Falls has teamed up with Yoga Supper Club to ensure that yogis properly ‘wine down’ this year!
Getting the balance right is very important, so enjoying a glass or two of wine after the workout is a well-deserved treat. But for those who are alcohol-free or designated drivers, Echo Falls also provides a delicious Zero Alcohol Sparkling Infusion of green tea and grape juice, so guests can enjoy bubbles without the guilt.
The three hour evening starts with an hour long Vinyasa flow yoga class, led by Kelly-Marie, qualified yoga teacher and founder of Yoga Supper Club, to an energizing yet relaxing playlist. Yoga is then followed by a delicious, three course, heart-warming and healthy vegetarian dinner, from a seasonally inspired menu.
Venues include the unique neon heaven, God’s Own Junkyard in Walthamstow, and the intimate and dimly lit Well Garden in Hackey Downs. The new trend for candlelight sessions brings an even more tranquil vibe to yoga, for ultimate peace and relaxation. Bathing in darkness whilst practicing yoga really helps to switch off from inhibitions and improve focus, calm and meditation.
The perfect antidote to a long day at work in the city, Yoga Supper Club is the perfect pairing of feel-good exercise and socialising. No more choosing between the gym or your friends – you can enjoy both in the same evening!
