Barentsz takes its name from the 16th century explorer Willem Barentsz whose discoveries during the Dutch Golden Age led him to discover the Barentsz Sea which is named after him. Barentsz was founded by Michael Claessens whose family is from the Netherlands and whilst distilled in London the gin has strong connections to its Dutch heritage. RRP £32.95 for 70 cl.
