50ml Mermaid Gin | Fever Tree Tonic

Pour Mermaid Gin into glass filled with ice and top with tonic water. Gently stir and garnish with cucumber.

45ml Aviation American Gin | 90ml Tonic Water | Lemon Wheel | Lime Weel

 

Pour Aviation Gin into glass filled with ice and top with tonic water. Gently stir and garnish with lemon & lime wheel.

Fill a Copa glass with ice.
