Domaine du Météore

Meteoric wine producer, Domaine du Météore has expanded its range with a new organic Sparkling Rosé Wine, Le Cratère. Le Cratère is an organic ‘methode champenoise’ sparkling rosé wine made in limited quantities (970 bottles) from Syrah grapes, which are all grown inside the 200-metre-wide meteorite crater from which Domaine du Météore takes its name. Over ten thousand years ago a meteorite struck a hillside in Southern France and helped form, Le Cratère, a cosmic wine from another dimension.

Domaine du Météore have partnered with Birding Languedoc who have given their advice on the design of the wooden gift cartons for Le Cratère, making sure they can be upcycled as bird boxes to encourage nesting. Tulchan™  Gin

Taking its name from the prestigious Tulchan Estate in Scotland, Tulchan™ Gin is a small batch gin distilled in Speyside, with flavours inspired by the terroir of the Estate located on the banks of the River Spey. Tulchan™ Gin is inspired by its natural surroundings with botanicals including sloe berries, elderflower and blackberry leaves which are found on the Tulchan Estate. Mermaid Zest Gin 

Mermaid Zest Gin is subtly enhanced with grapefruit and Cascade hops. This is gently infused with Island bergamot, lemon zest and wild-foraged coastal rosemary, to produce a light yet complex zesty tone with a subtle sweetness and herbal notes. Mermaid Zest Gin features the ‘dew of the sea’, coastal rosemary foraged from the Island’s shores. It is also made with fruits grown in the Victorian walled garden of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert’s Osborne House. RRP: £39.90. Aviation American Gin

Aviation American Gin, co-owned by actor and producer Ryan Reynolds is the perfect Christmas present this year for the gin lover in your life.  Presented in an Art Deco-style retro bottle it would look great as an addition to any Christmas bar. Jaisalmer Gin have launched the second gin in the range, Jaisalmer Gold Indian Craft Gin, just in time for Christmas. Distilled at one of India’s oldest distilleries, Jaisalmer Gold Indian Craft Gin encapsulates the rich heritage and history of Jaisalmer, known as the jewel in India’s crown and likened to a golden canvas. Jaisalmer Gold Indian Craft Gin is produced in the foothills of the Himalayas and is infused with 18 handpicked botanicals, of which 14 have been sourced from India.

The Jaisalmer Gold liquid is enhanced by Gold filtration to produce Jaisalmer Gold Indian Craft Gin. This unique production process occurs wherein the Gin slowly passes through a filter made of intertwined golden silk filament, enriching the Gin with gold ions and providing a clean and smooth tasting experience and balanced taste.
