Now open to the public, Aviary’s famous igloos, located 10 floors above the city, have had a Mediterranean makeover to help immerse guests into a relaxing setting.
A beautiful inner city escape, visitors will be hit with that holiday feeling as soon as they enter the terrace. Dressed with lavender plants, rose vines and fairy lights, the summer igloos are the perfect area for groups of up to six people to socially distance in style whilst enjoying cocktails overlooking the London skyline.
And it’s not just the terrace that has had a summer makeover! An exclusive menu of new Minuty rosé cocktails has been crafted for guests to try. Those looking for a refreshing summer tipple will enjoy the ‘St Tropez Spritzer’ a Minuty rosé base paired with raspberry, cranberry, lime and sugar and topped off with refreshing soda water. Alternatively, if you prefer something with a bit of zest, the ‘Raspberry Rise’ features Minuty rosé with mint, lime and sugar, topped with grapefruit soda – a fruity punch perfect for special summer occasions.
There is also a specially curated menu of snacks and light bites to help guests enjoy their own aperitif moment – just like they do it in France!
