Beauty Favourites

We are almost at the end of another month and once again, so many exciting beauty favourites products have caught our eye. Here are just a few of the loveliest things that we’ve been lucky enough to try out this month. Let us know if you’ve tried any of them or tell us about your may favourites by leaving a comment below.

GhostEclipseBody

Ghost Eclipse introduces Full Moon (£34), the ideal holiday companion containing Ghost Eclipse Eau de Toilette(50ml) and a shimmering body bronzing gel(50ml) to complete the crescent.

The ultimate summer essential, this must-have duo not only ensures you are enveloped by the sweet scent of summer but also gives you that sought after summery shimmer and gorgeous glow to enhance your sun-kissed skin. This beauty hero is a suitcase staple and perfect holiday companion wherever your dream destination. The fragrance is an explosion of fruity notes with Sweet Bergamot, Lemon, Mandarin, Apple, Marigold, Blackcurrant and Peach. Perfectly paired with the body bronzing gel to ensure your skin looks and smells just as sensual for a summer to remember.

We received our sample slightly early, but Ghost Full Moon Summer Limited Edition is £34 and is available from Boots Nationwide & Superdrug from the 3rd June so keep your eyes peeled!

Leighton Denny Blue

This May, Bailiffscourt Spa in Climping, West Sussex has teamed up with Leighton Denny Expert Nails to offer a stunning new nail polish colour. We predict that the eye-catching and totally glamorous ‘Guilt Free’ blue will be the one of the biggest beauty favourites and the colour for the summer. The stunning shimmering blue is available to buy from the Bailiffscourt Spa for £11 per bottle.

You can buy the nail polish or book yourself in for a manicure/pedicure by visiting Bailiffscourt Spa or calling them on 01903 723576. For further information on Bailiffscourt Spa, head over to www.hshotels.co.uk.

In this months Glossybox  some people were lucky enough to receive Philosophy’s ‘Renewed Hope in a Jar’. This is such a gorgeous little product and something that is pretty much guaranteed to give your skin a beautiful pick-me-up before the hot weather finally arrives. This may only be a tester size but it lasts at least a week or two and is well worth trying if you are looking for a new moisturiser at the moment. Get the full size product from Philosphy or find out more here. If Glossybox is a service that you think you’d like to try then you can also take a look at their website: www.glossybox.co.uk. We’re big fans of Glossybox and you can find reviews of each month’s box in our beauty column right here on lifestylelinked.com.

image002Last but not least, for those who suffer from dry skin, Hydrosil is designed specifically to help with dry or sensitive scalps. It contains three ingredients designed to cleanse and restore moisture to the scalp and clear skin flakes without causing additional drying to the scalp.

The shampoo’s two main ingredients are a tree vine extract called cardiospermum, which has been studied in more than 12 published trials, including one recent UK trial, for its medicinal effects on inflammatory dry skin. It also contains pure honey extract which is well known as an intense natural moisturiser for the hair and scalp tissues and in addition, a unique ingredient in Hydrosil is a natural foaming agent made from sugar beet. Unlike the harsh foaming agents in conventional anti-dandruff shampoos, namely Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS), sugar beet does not cause irritation or inflammation to sensitive skin, while still producing a rich lather. Hydrosil is FREE from SLS, sulphate, parabens and perfumes.

Skin Shop’s new Hydrosil is available for £5.95 for 250ml call: 01794 527433 or visit www.skinshop.co.uk
