Tip one: keep your love life exciting!

Keeping things exciting in the bedroom can work wonders when it comes to keeping your relationship healthy. Any stress or anxiety related issues such as ED in the bedroom could potentially be helped by trying products such as Sildenafil. Try to keep things spontaneous and don’t put too much pressure on a certain night having to be the right time. Ask your partner what you can do to make things more exciting for them and keep that spark alive!

Tip two: communication

Communication is key in any relationship. Take time to talk at the end of the day and ask each other how your day has been. Rather than sitting straight down in front of the TV, allow yourselves 20 minutes of real conversation. This could be over dinner or whilst preparing your evening meal together. Put the phones away, switch off your electrical devices and give one another your undivided attention. Sometimes just chatting things over can work wonders for your relationship and bring couples closer together.

Tip three: Relaxation

Whilst we may not be able to go to our favourite spa at the moment, we can create relaxing experiences at home. You could run your partner a bath and fill it with bubbles and scented bath bombs to help them unwind after a long day. Perhaps take some time to learn how to give the perfect massage and treat your partner to an experience that they would usually have to visit a spa for. Not only will this bring you closer together but it’s a fun and relaxing way to ease away some of the stresses of daily life together. You could even put together some home-made face masks cheaply and easily.

Tip four: Date night

Why not make an event out of having a ‘date night’ at home without the need for a fancy restaurant. Preparing a meal together is a great way to chat and spend time with one another without any pressures or stresses. Set the table so that it looks and feels like your favourite restaurant and light some candles to set the mood. Chocolate and Oysters are said to be great aphrodisiacs!

Tip five: Exercise

It might feel like a ‘chore’ but sometimes exercising together can be a great way to keep your relationship healthy and fun. If the gyms are closed you can always take the exercise outdoors and get some fresh air at the same time. Walking is great exercise and you could even pack a hot drink to take with you if the day is a little chilly. Invest in some comfortable walking boots and cold weather clothing and you’ll be able to walk long distances and keep your body and mental health on track.
