Having reopened its doors, Dinner at Blakes returns better than ever, overseen by dynamic chef duo Peter and Mariano. The chic brasserie will offer worldly and diverse fare, from this pairing of culinary talents. The menu draws inspiration from Asian Fusion to Italian cuisine, which come together to deliver a vibrant dining experience for guests. Highlights include Blakes Cod with black rice and miso, Surrey Farm Grass-fed Rib Eye and Chinese Lemon Chicken with spring onion and sesame seed.

Using exceptional produce, there will also be a renewed offering of clean, fresh and nutritious dishes, including Coconut Saffron Curry with broccoli, butternut squash served with cauliflower and turmeric quinoa and a Sashimi selection including, Salmon, Yellowtail Tuna served with pickled ginger and soy, providing a healthy option for guests as well as looking after those who want to indulge. Boasting a highly-curated list of organic wines, designed to pair with the menu’s fares, Dinner at Blakes is a chic retreat, open to guests of the hotel and visitors alike.

Alongside Dinner at Blakes, a hand-picked selection of cocktails created by Blakes Below bartender Alessio will be served ahead of the speakeasy bar reopening in full on November 1st. The new, reinvigorated Blakes Below, will take the form of a retro-style, debonair speakeasy, with stylish service from a bygone era. Offering guests the opportunity to experience service with old fashioned glamour, delivered with deft skill and the lost art of cocktail theatre. Michael Adam who has crafted and directed music programmes for some of the most celebrated venues around the world, can be enjoyed, coming to life via an immersive sound system. Blakes Below is theideal spot for before or after dinner drinks at the bar, or to relax with friends safely and privately. Also arriving on 1 October is Blakes Cafe, a new space for casual all day bites. Inviting guests from all over London and beyond, Blakes Cafe will be open for breakfast to afternoon tea, from 7am to 7pm, providing a safe spot for delectable and quick dishes at any time of the day.

For those looking for the privacy of hosting their own event, Blakes offers the perfect setting in The Chinese Room, with plush and opulent soft furnishings or the brand new Opium Room, complete with private bar and exclusive outdoor area and personal suite. These elegant spaces provide the ideal setting of decadence for those hosting private dinners, screenings or wedding receptions.

Blakes is the ultimate in decadent sophistication, styled by world renowned designer Anouska Hempel. The Hotel is a collection of period Victorian town houses, converted to create 44 unique bedrooms and a beautiful restaurant. Hempel’s work is all encompassing – designing a total experience from the first step into the hotel to each individual room’s design.
