MGallery Hotel Collection consists of three beautiful UK properties that are located in some of England’s most historic and picturesque towns and cities, just a stone’s throw away from sought-after attractions, cultural activities and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From 12 April 2021, both Queens Hotel Cheltenham and Francis Hotel Bath are excited to announce that they will be offering outdoor dining to their guests. With new restaurants, exquisite menus and beautiful surroundings, there is no doubt that Queens Hotel Cheltenham and Francis Hotel Bath will be at the top of the foodie bucket list this spring.
Located in one of the UK’s most charming World Heritage Sites, Francis Hotel Bath recently opened its restaurant, Boho Marché, in December 2020. One of Bath’s newest and most exciting restaurants, Boho Marché is certainly set to lead the city’s culinary scene.
The restaurant has a stylish outdoor terrace located on the iconic Queen Square, a short stroll away from historic and spectacular sights such as the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, and the beautiful Royal Crescent.
Offering a mouth-watering menu that brings the exotic warmth and flavours of Morocco and the Mediterranean to the heart of this iconic English city, Boho Marché celebrates modern and playful dishes that are bursting with colour and flavours. Guests can expect traditional shakshuka, marinated aubergine with warm homemade Persian bread, Moroccan butternut curry, truffle tagliatelle, a rib-eye sharing steak and an indulgent passion fruit crème brulée.
Always ensuring that creativity and originality is front of mind, the team have introduced ‘Cruffins & Cronuts’ to the menu. These delicious sweet treats come in a selection of flavours and are hand made by the restaurant’s head Chef Szymon. ‘Cruffins’ are a fusion of both croissants and muffins. They are made using a combination of the two flavours of the day, one for the filling and the other for the garnish. A mixture of croissants and doughnuts are used to create ‘Cronuts’. These will feature a butter pastry and will be garnished with the daily flavour of choice. Cinnamon buns will also be available filled with a homemade cinnamon mix and infused with orange and vanilla.
Fusing Parisian café culture with lush tropical greenery, Andalusian floral walkways and punctuated with cues from the infinitely stylish era of the 1970s in Marrakech, the restaurant’s distinctive design extends to the outdoor terrace which is equipped with heaters, parasols and lights to accommodate for all conditions.
Over in Cheltenham, Queens Hotel will be opening its beautiful Summer Garden for guests to reunite with friends and family over delicious food in the open air. Offering a stunning sanctuary in the heart of this cultural British gem, the Queens Summer Garden will be open from 10am to 8pm and guests can dine in the sheltered marquee or out in the open garden.
The Summer Garden will feature a sumptuous Brunch menu consisting of omelettes, pancakes and smoked salmon and delicious sandwiches that are available from 10am – 12pm. The à la carte menu offers a combination of dishes from both the hotel’s restaurants ‘Duke’s’ and recently opened ‘Victoria’s’ served from 12pm – 8pm.
Guests can enjoy sipping a cocktail, glass of wine or beer and choose from the Gold Cup Menu available from 12pm offering a selection of nibbles.
With a prime position on one of Cheltenham’s most beautiful Georgian streets, guests are perfectly placed to explore the cultural delights that the city has to offer as well as a variety of parks, including Sanford Park, Pittville Park and Imperial Gardens, just a short walk away.
