The Caudalie Fresh Fragrances stem from Mathilde Thomas’ deep passion for fragrances that combine naturalness and sophistication. Fleur de Vigne, Thé des Vignes and Rose de Vigne, all signed by the great perfumers Francis Kurkdjian, Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud and Ralf Schwieger, form a sensory tour of the French countryside.
As an opening, Perfumer Alberto Morillas has chosen hesperidia notes from his native Seville. They set the tone: clarity, sophistication and colour! There is essence of lemon for flght, essence of bergamot for sweetness and essence of orange blossom for femininity. Joyful and sparkling, highly desirable notes. The pivotal point of the composition is velvety, subtly aromatic, lifted with a spicy touch. You can detect the elegance of iris, the vibrance of clary sage (slightly amber, slightly herbaceous) and a surprise; a handful of spirited pink peppercorns.
